Weight Watchers Lunch
So I went to my meeting this week and I lost 5.6 pounds! Way to go, me! Here's my lunch today:
This is simple and filling. It's a bagel thin, topped with 1/2 cup fat-free refried black beans, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and 1/3 cup Weight Watchers Mexican cheese blend. I topped it off with 2 Tbsp low-fat sour cream. Yum!
yum, might have me some of that later this week! :) Today I had and egg sandwich - 1 egg (scrambled), topped with Tomato on low point high fiber bread, with a side of strawberries - was gonna have some soup, but 90 degrees is too hot for soup! LOL!
that looks yummy

ReplyDeleteYou forgot the most important part, how many points?! Looks fabulous!!!
ReplyDeletePunpkin, I can't post POINTS values on anything -- it's proprietary, owned by weight watchers and I could get in some trouble if I did. Sorry!
ReplyDeleteOops, I didn't realize. I'll have to calculate on my own then. : )
