I'm fed up with school lunches. They're garbage! Until things change, I'm cooking for my kids. Follow me on my journey to provide them with nutritious, fun lunches each day of the school year.

Let's Do Lunch: Weight Watchers Style
Okay, folks. Here it is. My lunch. It's not exciting. But it's filling, healthy, and fits in my daily POINTS allowance. Tomorrow's lunch plan is a little more exciting, so stay tuned. =)
1 Tbsp full-fat peanut butter and 1 Tbsp Cascadian Farms grape jelly on 2 slices of Arnold whole grains 12 Grain bread; 5 dried dates (1/4 cup); a serving of 0 Points Garden Vegetable Soup.
So how many points was the whole lunch? Im thinking of trying WW to get off the last 18 lbs that need to go...will be very interested to see someone else's interpretation of the program:)
Emily, I can't post POINTS values, because that information is proprietary. I would if I could. That's why I listed the amounts carefully so that you can calculate them. :)
