Kids' Lunches for Tuesday, August 17th

Again, nothing fancy. Just lots of brightly colored, fresh foods, with different textures and tastes.

For Bayberry: From top right, clockwise: Cucumber sticks and tomato rounds; Fruit salad made with strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, and kiwi; More grapes, a granola bar, and a sugar cookie cut in half to fit; Bread sticks and Nutella. Juice to drink.

For Picky Eater: Cucumber sticks and Baby Carrots (in a cupcake liner to keep flavors separate) and a Sugar Cookie; Bread sticks & Nutella; Hard-Boiled Egg; Fruit Salad. Juice to drink.

  1. I have to ask, WHERE do you get those nutella pkgs? I've never seen them in the grocery store!
    Thanks!

    1. Alternatively just get a small plastic container from Tupperware or the dollar store and put some Nutella from the big container in there

  2. Hi June, I found them at a small ethnic grocery store that has a bit of foods from all over the world. You might see if you have any such stores nearby. Not only are they full of really neat items, they're also usually very nicely priced. :)

  5. Your blog makes me want to do one of two things: buy a bento so I can pack MYSELF such cute lunches or kidnap a kid to fix lunch for...haha.
