Here's Monday's Lunch. Tuesday is grocery day, so we're using up little bits of this and that for lunch. Army Man's lunch, though not pictured: Leftover pork chop, steamed broccoli, peach crisp, and baked beans. Here are the kids' lunches for Monday:
Bayberry: Polenta cut into cute shapes (pizza sauce to dip, not pictured); steamed broccoli, peach crisp; apple slices (dipped in Fruit Fresh to keep them from browning); baked beans. Juice to drink.
Picky Eater: Popcorn; polenta with pizza sauce to dip; cucumber slices, apple slices, and baby carrots: peach crisp. Baked beans in a Thermos. Juice to drink.
What kind of container is Bayberry using?
ReplyDeleteLaptop Lunch 2.0 and we LOVE it. =D
ReplyDeleteBaked beans are a great idea.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I really needed to find your blog! I'm packing my boys' lunches and they would be perfectly happy with a pbj, yogurt, and fruit every single day, but I'd like to give them some variety!
ReplyDeleteHi Shell! You can give them variety in the way you present them PB&J -- crackers, wheat bread, bagel, muffin. I'm thinking about doing a PBJ week here to demonstrate.
